It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.


By purchasing one or more of Brad’s CSA Shares, I understand that payment for a share of the Brad’s Produce CSA entitles me a share of fruits and vegetables harvested at Brad’s Produce and Susquehanna Orchards, our local partnering farm. This is a commitment between Brad’s Produce CSA and me and I recognize that I will share in the risks of the growing season along with other members and the farmer. It is my responsibility to pick up my share on time. I understand that pick-up times will be assigned based on the share I have chosen. If I do not pick up my share or have someone pick it up for me within one (1) business day of my assigned time, my share will be donated elsewhere. I also understand my payment is nonrefundable.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift Cards or Gift Certificates and Perishable Goods such as food, produce, meat, dairy, flowers, etc. cannot be returned.

Please contact Brad’s Farm Market to discuss any questions you may have about your purchase. There may be certain extenuating situations where only partial refunds, credits or exchanges may be offered or granted by Brad’s Farm Market.


Once your refund, credit, or exchange request has been reviewed by Brad’s Farm Market, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, credit or exchange.
If your request is approved, Brad’s will give you instructions for an exchange. Credit on your Brad’s account or a refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
