Come and celebrate the Strawberry Harvest with Nomad Fitness at Brad’s Farm Market!

Nomad Fitness is popping up at the Farm to offer a Mommy and Me Yoga session. We will be guided through a joyful stretching session just perfect for Mom and her little one. We are thrilled to be under the beautiful guidance of Erin Healey Leach from Mama Bear Yoga-Harford! The class will be geared to children ages 5 to 13 years of age.

Afterward, participants can enjoy Strawberry picking and the Farm’s Spring Activities.

Your $15 ticket includes 2 participants, mat, water & cold towel.
