FRESH LOCAL PRODUCE

All of our fresh produce is grown on our farm in Churchville.  There are 125 acres primarily dedicated to raising the produce. We have an unheated high tunnel to grow our early spring lettuce, bok choy and spring onions.  In 2010 we built a greenhouse specifically for raising early tomatoes.  In February we plant the tomatoes in the ground, then we heat the greenhouse until mid-May when the tomatoes are harvested.  Yes, that means we have our own Churchville-raised tomatoes in May!

All of our produce is harvested ripe and ready to eat so you are getting the most nutrients and flavor possible!
